Awesome wild hog breakfast sausage!
We have used Ranchers for 3 years now and were always very happy with their butchering in the past. However, this year was completely the opposite of what we had come to expect. We had them process two hogs this year and the sausage is inedible. It tastes like it was processed in a machine that was washed in dish soap and was not rinsed, leaving a film in our mouths that can only be eliminated by brushing our teeth.
