If I could give Rancher Butcher Chef 10 stars, I would. We celebrated a dear friend's 40th birthday here, and the food, cocktails, and atmosphere were phenomenal. We threw them a mid-dinner curveball by asking to pair custom cocktails with our tasting menu on the spot, and the team accepted the challenge with absolute enthusiasm. Every pairing was top-tier. Everything was incredible! Food was amazing. I had the salmon and my wife had scallops.. both of us thought it was the best we'd ever had. Drinks were on point. Garrett had encyclopedic knowledge of the wines and recommended some absolutely terrific wine. Our server Masha was perfect! Overall a really lovely meal with excellent service. Went here for my anniversary! The service was outstanding and very attentive with great advice and waiters that really took care of you. Yes the prices might be higher, but every single bite was worth the cost. I am not sure if I’ve ever had bone marrow that was this good! Literally said WOW out loud. Will be back for sure very easy to rate five out of five stars.
Michael was a great host! His service was impeccable. We got the RBC poutine, squid ink carbonara, corn ribs, and scallops. Everything was cooked wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.
