Trying to get anything fixed or maintenance to even show up is a nightmare, rent is being raised for amenities we do not even have like the pool that has been “under construction” for years now

This place is terrible. I lived there for two years with my two children. 1) Maintenance NEVER comes to fix anything. You have to call a million times. 2) We had roaches and the bathroom was constantly crawling with ants in the warm months. 3) In the winter when it was negative degrees they came to “service” the furnace. The tech must have forgot to turn it back on and I came home to the apartment freezing with my kids. They told me it was too late to send anyone and offered to bring me a space heater. I lived there for a few years, in the beginning it was great until I kept getting told a chair and bench was unsightly and I had to remove it but many people had lawn furniture out and toys thrown around. Then someone took a photo of a screen window on the ground and a air conditioner put in and said that was my apartment but that was proven a lie.
