This company supports owners that choose to abuse seniors and veterans. We were encouraged to sign a year's lease even though it wasn't our choice. At 9 months we needed to move into an assisted living facility for health reasons. The owner, supported by the management has refused the compassionate approach in allowing us out of the lease early. Absolutely worst rental management company ever. Very incompetent. As a landlord, I’m ashamed that my tenants have to deal with this type of company. They are unable to manage work orders, unable to get a lease properly filled out, and they don’t know how to communicate. I’ve emailed their manager to complain about my current situation, and no one that manages that place has called me back. Not the best management company. There are others that care more. I'd Highly recommend going elsewhere. Kim Robertson is the worst. Left my property with Thousands in damages and fully refunded the tenants deposit. They drilled and improperly repaired over 200 holes in the walls and flooded my kitchen causing serious mold issues. Kim Robertson did the moveout inspection and fully refunded the deposit.
Absolutely horrible communication. We rented from this company for 4 years and the last 2 months had a really bad water leak causing us to have no hot water for 2 weeks. The leak caused our water bill to triple over the time it started to the time it was fixed. We provided documentation on this and was never reimbursed yet charged for the water bill increase upon moving out. Pretty awful to deal with. Their requirements for rent payment leaves renters exposed to the risks that are out of their control (such as bank disbursement and mail carrier). Most landlords require rent to be postmarked by a certain date. If making payments through your banking service, you are liable to be charged a significant late charge even if your "deliver by" date is within the rent due window.
