This company supports owners that choose to abuse seniors and veterans. We were encouraged to sign a year's lease even though it wasn't our choice. At 9 months we needed to move into an assisted living facility for health reasons. The owner, supported by the management has refused the compassionate approach in allowing us out of the lease early. Absolutely worst rental management company ever. Very incompetent. As a landlord, I’m ashamed that my tenants have to deal with this type of company. They are unable to manage work orders, unable to get a lease properly filled out, and they don’t know how to communicate. I’ve emailed their manager to complain about my current situation, and no one that manages that place has called me back.
