Booked the roadway inn & suites from 10/11-10/12. Arrived and it was quiet and quaint. We checked in, and once we got into the room, we noticed a dead roach in the glass of the microwave. We asked for a different room and were told that it was the only room available to accommodate our family size. Booking was non-refundable, so we were trying to make it work. The room was extremely spacious, but they don’t use garbage bags (their words) so all the trash cans were empty, their were roaches in our room and they took a security deposit that isn’t stated anywhere it would be required. Then they kept some of our deposit stating we stole pillows! We most definitely did no such thing! They are refusing to return our deposit stating we took pillows from the room! Do not stay here they will rip you off!
