The room was extremely spacious, but they don’t use garbage bags (their words) so all the trash cans were empty, their were roaches in our room and they took a security deposit that isn’t stated anywhere it would be required. Then they kept some of our deposit stating we stole pillows! We most definitely did no such thing! They are refusing to return our deposit stating we took pillows from the room! Do not stay here they will rip you off!
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I was very lucky that I was there for only a few hours to spend a sleepless night on a terrible mattress in a room from a horror movie.
Their information says that check in is at anytime. Went to check in the next day and they canceled my stay and refused to give me a refund. They said "we dont have to tell you our policy". These people are literally thieves who will still your money the INSTANT they get a chance. I honestly recommend sleeping in your car instead of this hotel, youre far less likely to get robbed choosing to sleep in your car than getting a room here. I will get the police involved when possible
Big open space because no couch, no dining table and one computer chair... Kids can have slumber party or adults a small gathering but bring your own chair
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was absolutely horrific. The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond unacceptable—roaches were everywhere, making my stay not only uncomfortable but downright unsafe. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were completely unhelpful, and the manager’s response was nonexistent. I was promised a refund via email, but nothing was resolved.
