This place is sucks
Absolutely horrible all they care about is taking your money and then not giving you the room you paid for and no refunds we didn't even get to say for the 2 nights we paid for
My order a room for two nights we were driving from Texas and traffic made us miss our first day, they supposedly called and nobody answered wish is bs because they never put the correct number on file... we were asking for us to get the room for the one night is whatever on that first day our loss but they gave me the run around for getting a refund when is not what we wanted but we ended up having to send a email to the manager to get a refund for the one day we will se what happens but not to hopeful on it definitely don'... read more
Avoid this hotel! Poorly ran, no AC, No customer service, and after I decided to ask for another room I was told no one has ever complained while their rating showed otherwise. The tiles were trip hazards, my son stubbed his toe on the gap on the tiles. It was also 104 degrees when we arrived and had to turn on the AC which.
