we waited almost 30 years to finally stop her. not sure why we waited so long.
The brisket is so delicious � The chili is amazing. The coleslaw isn't like normal, it has a vinaigrette flavor and is really good.
My burger was great and John really liked the ribs and potato salad.I am glad we decided to stop
Horrible service... waited 30 minutes to get seated (while those that came after us were sat first). Finally sat at a table, 10 minutes to get water but wasn't our server. After 5 more just walked out. To quote my husband "that was probably the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant" Which is really sad after driving by so many times we finally decided to stop in. I guess we know better for next time
I am from Midwest and am out here for work. Decided to take a drive and I came upon an inviting building on side of road with a huge sculpture out front of a pig next to some smokers and figured I had to stop. What I found when I went in was above and beyond my expectations. I knew I wasn't at some national chain type place as soon as I walked in. By far, they served me the best ribs I have ever had. Staff was great. I now have something to look forward to in a couple weeks when I am back in town.

Most if the time when I'm in the area I stop by for the BBQ brisket sandwich :-) it is amazing and I have been eating it for years, yummy �

I've lived in Washington all my life ( 48yrs ). I've tried BBQ all over the west coast and Midwest. This place has the best brisket I've ever had. I ordered the 1lb dinner thinking I would bring some home! That was not the case, I had to order a brisket sandwich to go so I had breakfast tomorrow morning. There is a reason this place has won so many awards. The staff is awesome. We will be back!!
