I’m a glass contractor myself and met Mark from Ranch Hand Roofing at a customers house where he was doing some work. The customer said he was the best and I can attest to that statement. I spoke with him and could tell he’s an expert in his trade. We ended up hiring him to do a roof repair and inspection at my home we are selling. Nice guy, very honest and fair. Will definitely hire him again for our new home.

Mark and his team installed gutters on the sides and back of our house. He took care to consider the the runoff paths and ensure that our back porch was free from splashes. While they were at it, they also trimmed some tree limbs to keep them off the roof. Couldn't be happier.

Mark Schram is a great guy and he did a great job. He replaced a leaky vent and shored up flashing at the head wall for a very good price. The friendly disposition and good spirit is all natural and free of charge.

Mark Schram dba Ranch Hand Roofing did some repair work around my stone chimney, but I still have a leak into the attic. Probably due to lack of filler foam pieces under the peak ridge cap, which allows rain to blow under there. Problem is he won't return my phone calls over many weeks now (at least 6 weeks), so I'm very unhappy with his poor service.
