We have been very happy with the Ranch and Venturous caps we’ve received! The customer service and responsiveness from their management has seemed to improve and I look forward to seeing more progress and hopefully leading in the cap industry when it comes to innovation and offerings!
Extremely poor quality. Original purchase had paint defect and windows with dings and nicks all over them. They shipped a different set after 6 weeks and the replacements had the same dings and nicks all over.
I ordered a Skyline topper through a dealer in MI it has been nothing but trouble. It was installed in April 2021. After it was installed I noticed the exposed fiberglass. I also noticed what looked like a crack. I was told it was from bad grinding and paint from the manufacturer Ranch Fiberglass. The windows also leak. There is a leak between the topper and the truck box. Because of these concerns I looked closer and there are paint flaws like fiberglass hair in the paint and bubbling.
