The Lodge is a great place to live. Kelsey, Erin, and Madisyn are great at what they do and they do a great job at making The Lodge feel like a community. Any issues that come up are handled promptly and the team does a great job of listening and helping any way they can.

I lived in the Ranch side (the orange buildings) for four years and the Lodge side (grey buildings) for one. This review is primarily the experience of that final year. I have never had such a frustrating experience with an apartment complex before or after the Lodge. On the outside, the three bedroom townhomes seemed nice. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here from Austin. The staff worked with me on getting my documents when my former apartment was unresponsive, it’s in such a cozy location, super dog-friendly, and has everything I need at an affordable price. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming to my dogs and I upon move-in as well! (:

I have been a renter for nearly 20 years and I have never taken the time out to leave a bad review. Please do not move in to this complex. They are poorly built and poorly maintained. I was sold on the amenities and river access while also having an affordable 2 bedroom option for me and my son as I am a single mom. Shortly after moving in a began to regret my decision, while the amenities were nice. The ca... read more

Lived here from 2023 to 2024. We had the largest floor plan and it was a very nice apartment with a backyard. Complex itself was okay, gates hardly worked because people kept running into them. Only issues had with our immediate neighbor is they were constantly smoking weed, and the smell made it's way into our apartment. Garbage usually is overflowing on weekends and residents just leave bags wherever around the compactor areas with no punishments for doing so. The office staff and maintenance was a revolving door it seems.... read more
