The manager lives on site,but is impossible to get ahold of,and the office is 99% empty unless someone is signing papers to move in,or she is collecting checks(no shade ,just being honest). The complex has poor plumbing and floods everytime it rains.Dumpsters are always full or over flowing(trash trucks don't come often enough).There are other problems such as Wood rot (where its taken the management Up to 4 months until actually having workers fix a roof with people living there during rainy season),burst pipes and flooding... read more
I would not live here again. Not to be rude, but the truth is that these apartments have bad management. Multiple times over the course of many weeks, my roommate requested that our AC be fixed (considering it’s currently July as I write this review, such a request seems responsible be it that it gets over 95 degrees in La Mirada) The worst is that the Landlady never responds. Plus, no one is ever in the office. Also, they tried to break our contract that we legally signed with them! This is not a good apartment. But that’s ... read more
