Do not use this company to build your shed. Read the terrible reviews and believe them. People go out of their way to write bad reviews for a good reason ! I recently purchased from Ranbuild Penrith. Mark Clifton sold me a Ranbuild shed. He was a dealer for Ranbuild. As soon as he took my deposit he stopped providing acceptable levels of service. Great experience dealing with Ranbuild Newcastle
Had the worst experience building with Ranbuild. Nothing but leaks everywhere. Don't waste your time. Had to finish a $50k shed myself. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
What a disappointing experience. We currently have a Ranbuild 14x9 Colorbond steel frame shed and we were looking to ad an awning to it. Well, they aren't open on Saturday's so we submitted an online enquiry on the website and waited for a reply. Nothing, no reply. After more than a week and a half I tried the website again to ask why no one had bothered contacting us and got the 24/7 contact robot who could do nothing but send me around in circles and suggest I try contacting the company again.
