Ranallo's On 3rd is quiet and tasty. We ate here for the first time on my birthday this year. It is a quiet, dimly lit restaurant. The menu is Italian/American, featuring pastas, steaks and seafood. We were one of two couples there that night, so our service was fast. The homemade parmesan dressing was fantastic. They even sell it fresh to go.
