Extremely unprofessional I set a appointment and arrived to my appointment 30 minutes prior and she never responded to my phone call or text. The address listed on her website leads to a building with a gate however she does not provide when when confirming. After circling a barber shop which is located next door to this gated area I noticed a few other people with similar concerns. 1. Have a sign where your located 2. Pick up the phone.
