I am very pleased with the care that I get at ( NDROC)., A pleasant environment and comforting staff.
Rana presents himself as a knowledgable, caring and trust worthy man. Unfortunately, we discovered this is not the case. He FAILED to perform critical tests on my dad knowing the enormous risks he had of having metistatic Cancer, which 1 month after completed , unnecessary radiation, he was diagnosed with advanced metistatic Cancer of the exact organ , Rana was supposedly treating. After the gut wrenching diagnosis we have heard NOTHING from Rana or his office. Compassion??? Nope.
No no. No. horrible. Left a result with a metastatic diagnoses never addressed. He was aware from earlier testing metatstatic was a high probability and failed to pursue further testing.
I have been undergoing treatment w/ Dr. Rana for the past 9 mo for prostate cancer. I was extremely pleased w/ the quality of care I received from his whole staff - especially Mike & Monica. He was very thorough and explained all of the test results and treatment options to my family. At the end of treatments, they ordered a thorough set of scans that found an unrelated lymphoma cancer and the early diagnosis was life-saving. Having gone to MD Anderson as well, we were extremely pleased w/Rana!
Dr. Rana is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain my proposed treatment plan to me in a way I totally understood. He took his time and answered every question that I had. Many times he accessed the back up data that led to his answer to my inquiry. He is very personable and gave me a high confidence that my treatment will be successful.
Dr Rana was real professional and very direct , and answered all of my questions. I felt very informed when I left his office.
Dr. Rana was very patient and thorough in discussing my treatment options.
