Terrible service with the secretaries they are not friendly, and they do not answer the call if they answer always put it in the machine and then hang up the calls. Terrible service.specially ashley.
Great Nephrologist!!!! Dr. Rana is an awesome physician! When I first met Dr. Rana, while in the hospital, I was instantly impressed with his bedside manner and compassion towards me as a patient. Two great qualities I look for from a physician. Dr. Rana is definitely knowledgeable in his field. He is easy to speak with about any concerns. Dr. Rana is a very detail oriented physician who is very precise and thorough. His staff is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rana as a nephrologist!!!!
Dr. Irmindra Rana and his dedicated staff cared for our sister throughout her long battle with kidney disease. They were personally involved and attentive to her as a patient, and to our family as her caregivers. They were quick to respond to our questions and needs as our sister’s health declined. I have been going to Dr. Rana for about 4 years and he is wonderful. Very concerned about his patients and has always been there for me. I have a chronic kidney disease, but since under Dr. Rana, my visits have been very few, but when I do have flare ups, I call him and he is right there for me and most of the time the problem is solved. I highly, highly recommend him. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
Dr. Rana is an Icon MD! He is passionate, intelligent and caring for his patients! Dr. Rana always takes time to explain to his patients the issues, diagnosis and plan of care. He saved our brother in-law’s life! When all other three doctors could not find out what happened to him! We are grateful for his expertise, and compassion. If we could give him 6 stars we would!
