Buen ambiente, acogedor y muy profesionales.
I was late for my pickup appointment, and unfortunately, the experience afterward was disappointing. The lady at the front desk made me wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes, explaining that the team was going on a break until 1 PM. I completely understand policies and schedules, but considering the circumstances, I feel an exception could have been made — especially since I was already on-site and the situation could have been handled with a little more flexibility. Overall, not a great experience in terms of customer service.

Be careful went your going to buys mattress in this place because nobody told you about the guarantee that you will have it in the purchase I buy a mattress yo my son and 5 month later the mattress have damage and they give you excuse to don’t replace because they force you to buy a cover in this place and if you don’t buy from them do not cover the warranty and you lose your money right away they send somebody to see and that person is the one taking the decision right away and not matter what you think loses all the money ... read more
