Diane Rizen is AWESOME!!!!! She listened to what my husband and I were looking for and gave us great listings to choose from and is very helpful with any questions we have. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM RAN – I rented a home from RAN Realty for over 2 years. The house was falling apart; chronic roof leaks, mold, and infested with scorpions, but despite my better judgment I chose to stay. When confronted with it, I had to pay for the scorpion removal myself and it would take very long to have someone fix small household repairs.
