Saw Dr. Patel today for a 2nd opinion. She made sure I understood everything going on and didn't treat me like I was nieve for asking any questions. She was kind and never rushed. Her nurse was also very friendly and didn't hesitate to hold my hand during my procedure. I felt taken care of and cared for. Having this kind of courtesy isn't always found when it comes to medical care these days. I am thankful... and hopeful that my outcome is good.
