The staff was very professional and efficient. Dr. Eid Took all the time he needed it with me and was very caring and professional

I received another patient’s information in my exit paperwork. Such a stupid HIPAA violation at the Wadsworth location. I know someone else’s medical information. I wonder who knows mine? I called this practice upon coming home and had to wait 20 minutes to speak with an office manager only to get supervisor Theresa on the phone from another location. THIS IS BAD.
I have been a patient of dr. Eid’s for over 20 years. Doctor is knowledgeable and competent, wish I could say the same of his administration. Being disrespectful, lying both on the phone and to one’s face. Excuses being made up why calls are not being returned (too busy being one of them).
