This review is based solely on the billing of a colonoscopy and not Dr. Eid. A regular colonoscopy was performed and was incorrectly billed as diagnostic. Anesthesia was billed separately and the incorrect billing caused a significant billing amount due to the insurance deductible. The regular routine colonoscopy should have been paid in full by the insurance but was not due to incorrect billing. I received another patient’s information in my exit paperwork. Such a stupid HIPAA violation at the Wadsworth location. I know someone else’s medical information. I wonder who knows mine? I called this practice upon coming home and had to wait 20 minutes to speak with an office manager only to get supervisor Theresa on the phone from another location. THIS IS BAD.
