Dr. Ayad refused to consult with other doctors about a Pradaxa prescription necessary for medical procedures. The blood thinner is very dangerous making the prescribing physician who has the patients medical history the best person to deal with the issues pertaining to this medication. Per his office, he refuses to do this for any patients causing problems for all of us. Other doctors don't feel comfortable dealing with blood thinners. Dr. Ayad is a wonderful cardiologist with excellent communication skills. He explained complex issues well and really seems to care about his patients.
