I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the customer service poor, but the quality of the hair extensions I received was far below expectations. When I reached out with concerns, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Communication was unprofessional, and there was little effort made to resolve the issue. The Extensions were not the quality that was advertised they felt dry, tangled easily, and did not blend or wear well. This is my first time visiting this salon and I can’t say enough good things about Rhama at Ramush Beauty Salon! She’s also incredibly sweet and personable, which makes the whole experience even better. She is amazing at what she does, especially if you’re looking for a wig install. Everything looks so natural and beautifully done. Thank you Rhama!
