We brought my son's new car in for a second bumper repair estimate. Ramson disassembled the grille and bumper to verify the extent of the damage. Arun and Jay assured me that once they completed their estimate if we didn't get the work done with them they would put everything back together. Instead, the Radiator Access Cover wasn't reinstalled and the Air Duct they disassbled to get the grill off was left disconnected completely and unsecured to the chassis.
