“I must say, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bhatnagar for years and I’ve never had a problem. His front office staff is great, and if you ever need help, the office manager, Loi, will assist you with anything — she’s truly wonderful. People will always have something negative to say, and that’s okay, because I know this office is genuinely great.”
I will recommend this office to my family because Dr.Bhatnagar and his staff are great. I always get the help I need, especially from the office manager, Loi- she is amazing and very helpful. There can be a bit of a wait, but honestly, there are wait times everywhere.
Do you want peace of mind knowing that your medical care and needs are being fulfilled. Do you want to go and bring your loved ones to such a place. Don't come here. I would not recommend for anyone to bring their loved ones to this Doctor. Be aware of the warning signs such as not receiving the referral even though it was fax many times, to calls and messages not returned. Patient care is not there at all and non existent. Don't waste you time coming here!!I have been waiting over two and a half weeks for summary notes to be sent to another doctor and so far those notes have not been sent! The office manager, Loi or Loisaida, says she was going to send them and two weeks later and no notes have been sent! The office workers have been called to please fax those summary notes and no one has fax the documents.
