I called the office to get a refill of my mother's medicine 1 week before she ran out only to be told they sent her medicine to pharmacy she hasn't used in over 6 years and not the pharmacy we gave them the first time either. I go to both pharmacies to be told no such medicine has been sent or canceled in the last week. I call the office a 3rd time only to get someone who didn't bother to listen to what's going on, repeating the same crap about the office being closed Monday because of snow and it takes 2 days for the pharma... read more
A caring and attentive Neurologist I would recommend this location and will be returning for treatment.
Horrible Experience.I waited two hours and left. Rude staff. They had a signed posted stating to be patient. The doctor was delayed. I asked another patient about the sign. She stated she has been going there for two years and that sign has always been there. No consideration for other peoples time.

His front office staff is great, and if you ever need help, the office manager, Loi, will assist you with anything — she’s truly wonderful. People will always have something negative to say, and that’s okay, because I know this office is genuinely great.”
I will recommend this office to my family because Dr.Bhatnagar and his staff are great. I always get the help I need, especially from the office manager, Loi- she is amazing and very helpful. There can be a bit of a wait, but honestly, there are wait times everywhere.
