Update: Around May 9, 2024, the bicycle had been fixed. As of May 19, it is lagging and seems to have some connectivity issues. It appears to be "on" but continues showing a "Loading workout..." prompt on the screen and then does nothing more. The sound and fan on the monitor are working, but nothing is happening on the screen. The treadmill is still not fixed, but looks promising as someone has taken apart the upper part of the machine. I am disappointed about the one treadmill in the complex not working for 3 MONTHS. Other than that, i love it here, but please fix this issue !
The 1 treadmill and 1 bicycle, out of 3 machines (the other one being a Bowflex) have been broken for 3 months now. This is irritating to know, when we are paying HOA fees and no one seems to care about fixing these things. We have emailed the HOA several times.
