I am reviewing these comments and am curious as to why Ramsgate has not provided a sincere response to any of them. Appears they are slumlords.
Property allows tenants to move in without giving prior infestation notice they have roaches even in the rental office units and they will only make things presentable for walk through I had my keys for 2 weeks hadn’t even moved my things in and had to pay the full break lease fee I don’t recommend this for a habitable place to live.
