Enjoyed my stay here for the most part, 3 years total. Noise is the only issue I dealt with. Maintenance was good, Staff was good. Some inconsiderate neighbors. Plenty of parking. Laundry is ok. Was cozy!
A couple of my favorite moments living in the walls of ramsgate: 1. I was awoken to the sound of water one day coming from the bathroom. I then take a look inside and it is fully raining from the ceiling.... on the second floor... with a floor above us. 2. Getting harassed and threatened by another tenant after requesting to turn down his music on a Tuesday night at 11:30 which was shaking my pictures off the walls. 3. Never had a more unpleasant management experience anywhere. The head manager is incompetent. I got a lease violation for confronting Missy the leasing agent for not treating her her kid right verbally and physically if you understand what im saying.They are genuinely crooks. Won't pay for anything won't fix anything. Won't acknowledge anything Won't respond. if you’re on the 725 side of the building on the top floor, it’s not bad. people in the lobby loitering making dirty faces aren’t always the nicest, however when it comes to the actual apartment, it holds up. 700 side of the building id recommend staying away from. laundry machines can break easy and people don’t treat them nicely. people have stolen packages and the parking lot can get rough. however overall the apartment was nice to live in for as long as i did. squirrels will chew up patio furniture as well. Started accepting section 8 the place is getting ghetto. Parties late at night in the courtyard and fitness center equipment broken lately! Stay away from this place! Moving real soon! Updated review: I just moved out of this place a month ago! So happy to be away from there. The 700 building is full of roaches and mice!!!
