They know their stuff. Our engine went blew and we stopped at Ramsey's. They told us it should still be under warranty. Help us get it towed to the dealership. They go the extra mile

My daughters car broke down on highway 20 this week. Steve went over to take a look at it and drove it back to his shop. Checked it over fixed what needed to be fixed and I can't thank him enough. We did all communication over the phone and he was quick professional and extremely affordable! I recommend on their superior customer service! He went above and beyond what I expected and I will recommend them to anyone in the Waterloo / Cedar Falls area! There's truly something to be said about small businesses! They definitely Rock! Thank you again Steve!

On our way to Illinois on Hiway 20, we blew a tire on our 5th wheel and killed our pickup batteries waiting for road assistance. After waiting a day, new tires were put on and new batteries in place, it was noticed that our rigs' suspension spring was bent. Ramsey Truck was recommended for possible repairs. They got us in right away, found the right parts and had us on our way. We are very happy that they are in business and will recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. Thank you!
