Kelly is very unprofessional and rude I had called on Friday because my son came home sick from school I wanted to reschedule his appointment and she had a very rude negative attitude ramsey needs a new receptionist I feel disrespected by her and this isn't the first time she was rude over the phone
The therapist we had was wonderful and informative, the receptionist on the other had has never been nice and has made many issues. On top of them canceling many time on us (understandable things come up) but they unexpectedly changed our day and time and then dropped us when we weren't able to make it. she also refused to let me talk to the owner. I just find it very unprofessional way to treat the family's they are working with. we have always tried to be as helpful as we can, and its frustrating to deal with these issues ... read more
My son has been receiving occupational therapy for about 6 months, and I’ve already seen so much improvement in his fine motor skills! He has more confidence and is doing better in school.
We love Ramsey Therapy! My kids attend speech and occupational therapy and we just love our teachers here.
