Needed a stripped fill plug removed. Refused the job on my 21 Forrester w 57k miles because they were afraid of hurting the transmission. I guess they don’t pay their employees enough to trust that they can do a simple extraction because they’re spending too much money on radio ads on 77 WABC. Good price
Parts department is a scam . Advertised prices are not valid. Extreme handling prices will be added!!!! Avoid this place, they are just wasting peoples time, order parts from EBay or Amazon to save big money!
One part was back-ordered. Ramsey canceled that order at my request on shipped the available item immediately. They also refunded me immediately.
Not happy with Ramsey subaru. They sent me the wrong part. I sent all my info on my vehicle and they sent me a part the didnt fit.
