Needed a stripped fill plug removed. Refused the job on my 21 Forrester w 57k miles because they were afraid of hurting the transmission. I guess they don’t pay their employees enough to trust that they can do a simple extraction because they’re spending too much money on radio ads on 77 WABC. Parts department is a scam . Advertised prices are not valid. Extreme handling prices will be added!!!! Avoid this place, they are just wasting peoples time, order parts from EBay or Amazon to save big money!
Absolutely not recommended. When a good and repeat customer is told that there will be a slight delay in getting specific optional parts for a brand new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport that was purchased only 1 week earlier at Ramsey Subaru due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, that is completely understandable. When a customer is still waiting after 30 days for those same parts with zero communication from the dealer, that is not what I call a 5-STAR Ramsey Subaru experience. Not happy with Ramsey subaru. They sent me the wrong part. I sent all my info on my vehicle and they sent me a part the didnt fit.
