Worst realty company to rent from. Never stated that the home would cost upwards of 500-600 dollars a month for just propane. Home is outrageous to maintain due to costs.

The home that this tenant rented was a very large home in the country and of course Propane costs are relative to the use of the occupant. This tenant also left the property without notice and a mess. There is an outstanding balance owed by this tenant. So, unfortunately, he does not receive a good reference from us either
