He pretends to be a contractor but doesn't know how to do the work. I bought a house he "fixed" and he was my agent for purchase and we wound up in court after I had to spend about 15,000 fixing the house, including a complete rewire and re plumbing of the whole house. He left live electrical wires in the attic which is clearly a fire waiting to happen. He filled holes on the plumbing with plastic bags. Stay clear of anything this man touches.
