Love Tammy and Michelle. Nurses are great and staff is helpful but the head honcho Dr Ramsey is the reason we won’t return. We’ve gone there since my now 12 year old was 9 months old and the only reason we’ve stayed is the NPs but whenever I have to see Ramsey I’m disappointed. She walks in the room like she’s already in the middle of the conversation. I will update my review to five stars after Dr. Ramsey retires. Honestly, all of our experiences have been great here over the last four years with all of the staff, except for Dr. Ramsey
I am so grateful for Dr.Ramsey and her team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things. My son is autistic and she has done everything in the best of his interest to help get him to where his is today from treatment options to therapies. I can’t forget Betsy, Michelle and Jodi. They are amazing nurses who continuously demonstrate exceptional patient care.
I am very thankful for this group of ladies over the years since we have had a host of health issues with our children. We recently moved and the drive is now too far but if we ever move back to the area, we will gladly rejoin this practice. Jodi is knowledgeable, practical, open minded and a true gem in this office. All of the staff are kind and patient with the kiddos. Thank you ladies for dealing with this highly anxious parent over the years. Best of luck.
Today, I’m finally free (well, my son is too), of the narcissistic puppet show, that is Ramsey pediatrics. This lady gave us an evaluation, she was nice then, maybe because my husband was in the room; but from then on out was rude, disengaging and made you feel dumb as a door nail if you asked about any other alternatives or medication questions along the lines of ADHD.
