While I can't speak for the in-person services provided, we had a wonderful experience via phone communication. We were trying to help a family member navigate treatment options. We called on a Saturday to discuss what detox services might look like. Tony was the staff member who took our call. He was incredibly informative, kind and non-judgmental. When you call to schedule an appointment, you get a voicemail. Does Ramsey County even employ anyone at the appointment desk? Lol this place is a joke. $175 per 30 minute therapy appt. Disgusting.
