Walked in with two tires I thought needed new tubes. Admitted I bought the bike from a not so friendly other bike shop and did t want to go back there for service. The staff took the tires filled them up with air, gave me a presta adaptor and advice on my tires.... All for free! Yes I will be back when I do need new tires! Great service and super nice people! Thank u!!!
Great customer service! Entertained my young son while I test rode some bikes. They gave me a great deal even on new bikes! Knowledge and quality helped me decide to choose them for all my biking needs!

Excellent customer service- knowledgable, professional, fun and they go above and beyond. Love that they offer both high quality new bikes as well as high quality used bikes. The offer free repairs/ tune ups for bikes you buys from them. Great trade in program as well which is great for kids and adults alike. I love my new bike and the kids do too! Highly recommend Ramsey Bicycle- its a privately owned shop who will take very good care of you, get you on the right bike and offer very competitive prices!
