Al, and the rest of the crew at Ramsey bicycle, go the extra distance when it comes to taking excellent care of our bikes. I've always found Ramsey Bicycle to be friendly, along with being welcoming when we need to bring our bikes in. I have recommended many of my friends to R.B. when they are looking for a bike to hit the streets or trails with. Last year, Al let me test drive an E-bike, pretty cool!! When I decide I'm in the market for an E-bike, I know where I'm going! You should too.
Such a positive experience today. We purchased a bike last week at another store and my husband was not able to get one. Came to Ramsey Bicycle and had such a different experience. We wish we purchased both here! Our sales person was great. She was attentive and was able to get everything we needed. We accessorized 3 bikes in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend. Sorry we didn't get her name.
Dropped bikes off for tune ups. Both ride and shift nice. Price was very fair. I recommend.
Walked in 30 mins before close, was treated very kindly! The kicker was how well they accepted my kids energy two toddlers, wife and I took turns chasing them through the store because everything was so cool 🤣 while asking questions and learning the ropes. very informative helped set us up and all! Zero push when it came to sales. Needed a tube for my bike - took it in, got lucky they had an opening right away so I didn’t even have to do the work. Very pleasant, fun and knowledgeable staff. Just listening to engagement with other customers makes me want to always go here. Thank you!

Great, friendly service, great prices across the board. Brought in a bike that I thought was going to need a new derailer. They fixed the old one saving me quite a few bucks. They have been my go to bike shop for last five years.
