I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ramses Oil Depot. I initially brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement. During the visit, I was offered additional services that felt unnecessary and appeared to be attempts to upsell. After the repair, my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I arrived. Shortly after leaving, my car broke down on the side of the road, creating a very dangerous situation. 🤬I came here for a simple oil change and one of the guys put the wrong oil filter in my car so oil spilled all over the engine causing my engine to lock.....I had to total my car and get another car..."I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN.....😡don't come here...this could happen to anyone....
Great they changed our oil in less that 15 minutes🥰 minutes the in line wait
