They saved my day - my week, actually - today, and were polite, efficient, and on time, as well as going out of their way (literally and figuratively) to help me!!!
This guy is a straight up theif , charged me $80 for a 350ft yes ft tow. Next door he owns a Napa Auto Care center and charges me a $150 for a blown water pump diagnosis that 13yr old could have made without hooking up to diagnostic cpu. It gets better! Then during that phone call he starts saying " your gonna have a bad day after I tell you this" your water pump is blown and that is a big job (12hrs just for labor) so over $1300 in just labor , no parts and then tells me "there is a good chance your head gasket is smoked. Absolutely the worst "customer service". My daughter recently had her car towed and she was obviously upset to begin with when she walked in to retrieve her car and immediately started getting rude treatment. I did not get his name because he hung up on me when I called him however the person who was at the front desk the morning of Friday December 22nd treated my daughter beyond rude.
