Staff are awesome, parking for drop off's and pickup of elderly surgery patients is ridiculous tho!
ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE! The staff, nurses, specialist & doctors are wonderful. They are highly professional and truly caring - they look after you very well, putting you at ease and make sure that you are informed and as comfortable as possible - no matter what kind of procedure you have been booked in for. I had a procedure done 2 days ago at Ramsay Surgical Centre in Cairns. From the reception to the operating room all staff very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice. A truly 5 star Surgical Centre.
Excellent reception staff. Obliging and considerate. Nurses and theatre staff. Efficient, empathetic, explanatory, answer any questions. Apart from having to have a procedure, cannot fault them.
