My daughter recently rang this hospital to try and arrange an admission. She has a variety of mental health problems including major depressive disorder, autism, mood disorder, and alcohol addiction. My experience with Dr Liang, is more than I expected, the staff are helpful and understanding, I qm glad that Dr Liang was able to see my son today, my son was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD since 2015 today was my son first time seeing Dr Yichao Liang. even there was small details needed to be fixed before next appointment is booked
A ramsay Psychologist (their own company) and my doctor asked me to book an appointment with a psychiatrist first, and then they'll write the referral, two different doctors said this, one from their own institution... and I tried to call up to make an appointment and just got denied and said go get a referral... not helpful at all... made my pain just worse. Would not recommend these awful unhelpful people. The receiptionist should be fired for the way she's treating special needs patients.
Since the Clinic entered into a contract with NSW Health to start taking public psychiatric patients, the standard of care has become very poor. Ramsay assured us that private patients would continue to be prioritized and their care would not be compromised. Empty promises!! Ramsay has clearly been prioritizing profits over a safe, healing environment. Top private hospital cover, which you need for private psychiatric care, is very expensive, and the health insurers pay about $20,000 for a three week admission. My experience... read more
