Well my experience with Ramsay (endoscopy) has been very good. The admin and medical staff have been friendly, attentive to our needs and professional. I particularly like their messaging service that keeps you up to date on admission and discharge so that you are not waiting too long for pickup.
I’m only going to share details of the facility and broad staffing issues. 1. My bathroom was riddled with ants and I raised this on three separate occasions and was told this would be addressed but no one ever followed this up so I was dealing with ants every time I had access (albeit limited) to my bathroom. 2. My room was extremely dirty and uncomfortable - the walls, the floors, the bed, but the most disgusting of all was the bathroom. I never felt like I was actually ever clean being there. 3. Been there 3 times in pretty bad shape. Cannot fault the staff or the facility. Was a sanctuary to rebuild.
Very bad experience! There are much better places and more helpful and polite staff!
This clinic needs to seriously revaluate the psychiatrists that work here before someone is hurt. Particularly the women psychiatrist who works Thursdays and weekends at this clinic. I started my admission process to this clinic and I cannot fault the nurses and reception staff, they were beyond compassionate and caring and this review does not reflect them in any way.
