Very bad experience! There are much better places and more helpful and polite staff!
This clinic needs to seriously revaluate the psychiatrists that work here before someone is hurt. Particularly the women psychiatrist who works Thursdays and weekends at this clinic. I started my admission process to this clinic and I cannot fault the nurses and reception staff, they were beyond compassionate and caring and this review does not reflect them in any way. Where do I start…..the low reviews seem to be spot on. The psychiatrist’s hardly ever turn up. They just try and medicate you so you are a zombie and then they don’t need to deal with you. If you are someone that pushes back and doesn’t just want to be over medicated, they don’t like it and you are frowned upon. If this is private care then god help us all!
James Noon is an awful psychiatrist! Do not brother booking with this guy. He is a complete waste of time, always running late very rude, doesn’t listen and is very arrogant. If you want your mental health issues to get worse book this guy but if you are seeking help go somewhere else.
