Anna & Owen - quite bad experience dealing with them, they asked tonne of documents only to be told later we also need company financials. This question was specifically asked to them before starting the loan process that no small company prepares financials neither do we and they still kept on asking the documents and wasting time. Dont even bother to waste time, they dont know their job. This is the difference in Commbank vs these small banks.
