These guys are awesome Very professional.
A repair made by this company was deficient and they not only did not acknowledge or fixed the deficiencies, but tried to get more money from me, attempting to deceive me. They ignored my texts and calls. I am still waiting for a call to get the issue resolved while I have my lawyer on hold. The “warranty” is still valid. Needless to say more.
Thanks for responding to my call , and coming to check on the house and make sure everything was still leveled out, and for the new advice regarding the floor support.
Called rams after I discovered cracks on bricks and sides of my house . Appeared fine once job was completed, but cracks started reappearing shortly after job completion! There work is very questionable. I called them back and they refuse to come correct mistakes . It’s costing me way more to get another company out here to fix there mistakes . STAY AWAY
Had Ram come out and level my house initially and they did an awesome job for much cheaper than some of the other companies I called. Hes very knowledgeable and can help with other projects as well. I'll have him back soon to put in a major support beam to open up my kitchen.
