I had a great time, nice atmosphere and staff. I attended Yuna's concert and the music was great. I will definitely return the next time I visit.

Extremely rude box office.
Wow! I didn't know Ticketfly doesn't allow you to choose seats on a mobile device. Got a ticket to a show and wasn't really pleased with the seat. Sent a note to the venue. They responded within minutes and gave me a new seat right in front of the stage. The stars aligned for that to happen but the venue didn't have to accommodate me. Kudos to a great customer experience!
