Brady did an excellent job. I am a first time owner and my partner is a third time owner and we were both amazed at the level of detail Brady provided during his inspection. He showed us everything we could walk to and took detailed pictures and provided explanations of the items that we could not easily access such as the roof and cooling system and alerts in the attic. Brady was prompt, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Format of his report was easy to read and was accompanied by photos which indicated any issues that needed addressing. Brady went through the report with us to make sure we had an understanding of the items that needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend!
