As a first time home-buyer I'm very happy with Ramped Inspections. Brady was friendly and patient with my questions, and seemed very thorough and tech-focused with his inspection methods. In addition to the inspection he was also helpful in answering questions over text before he had even written the report.
Brady was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time and immediately got to work with incredible efficiency and attention to detail. It was clear from the start that he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I am a single female that is a first time home buyer. I have no idea on what to look for or what could be wrong with things in the house. I felt he was very thorough. He actually took pictures of every single shingle that was damaged, and there were a lot. He was patient with me and able to break everything down and explain everything for me to understand.
