Brady was amazing ! Super detail oriented , very clear and precise! We are first time home buyers and he was very helpful and educational!
As usual, Brady did a fabulous job inspecting our future home. Very thorough and reasonable when explaining the summary of his findings. He also provided a quick turnaround with our report which was necessary for our option period timing.
Brady was very thorough and informative during our home inspection. He gave us a detailed list with pictures of every issue with the home, going as far as providing resources to fix smaller issues ourselves. I would recommend Brady with ramped home inspections to anyone looking for a qualified and diligent home inspector. 10/10 stars
Brady was fantastic to work with. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and he took the time to walk through everything with me and my client so we understood exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!
