Brady was prompt, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Format of his report was easy to read and was accompanied by photos which indicated any issues that needed addressing. Brady went through the report with us to make sure we had an understanding of the items that needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend!

Brady was very thorough as he went through our new home taking the time to point out any deficiencies and quantify the issues. His follow-up inspection report was sent same day and it included very detailed descriptions of all aspects of the home.
