Thought I had seen the worst when I rented through tripalink... they look like saints in comparison to rampart. Small inconveniences: the courtyard is infested with rats (and rat poop), there is black mold inside of the A/C vents that you can detect by smell alone, the screens on the windows have tiny holes that allow mosquitos to get in during the summer, and many of their common rooms don't have windows.
