Rampart Properties is the absolute worst property manager ever!! Talk about a scam- they over-promise and under-deliver. If your community is considering using these incompetent fools, you need to have your head examined. Service- completely non existent. Their "customer service" phone jockeys are the rudest 20 something sorority rejects you could ever encounter.
