I have also left three messages for a return call over the past three weeks. No response. Waiting to find out what bank hires this company to manage their apartments complexes. Also the apartment manager does not return phone calls!
I never get a call back nobody is ever in the office to even talk to, even when you leave a voicemail nobody returns your call to see what’s going on. I’ve literally been having problems with willowbrook Apartments since I’ve been living there and there management is very horrible.
They don't pay their vendors.
They supposedly offer 24 hour maintenance and non working air is considered an emergency yet I was told before closing that maintenance coming out may be an issue because it was so close to the end of the day. When I contacted after hours maintenance (on the voicemail it even said that a tenant’s a/c unit is an emergency but MARK at FOREST PARK told me I had to wait until in the morning when my thermostat reads 90 degrees at night with the AIR ON! You’d do better to live in a shelter than renting from these SLUMLORDS !
Rampart Management has failed to have a leak in my roof for years now! Do not do business with them
