If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! The top notch service started with their response via Yelp. I wanted an estimate to replace a couple garage door openers. Most places said they would send someone out to look and provide an estimate. Not Tom. He supplied pricing for two different models, and offered to provide more if we wanted. Completed: Repair garage door opener by replacing both overhead springs. Excellent work! Workman was very congenial, knowledgeable and safety conscious.
Technician showed up on time and was extremely friendly. He told me the job would take an hour and a half it was done in a hour and a half. The work appears quality as of this writing
Tom was very responsive on short notice and on a weekend, was able to put my garage door in a position I was happy with. Donovan, his assistant, was very good at keeping me informed as to what was going on and able to work with Tom to make this a good resolution.
