Possibly the worst staff I have ever interacted with, do NOT book an appointment with these people. I went to book an appointment with them back in October and was told the earliest appointment I could get was February. Around two weeks before my appointment I was told that they were going to cancel it, and I would need to reschedule. I’m sharing this out of frustration and discouragement after weeks of trying to schedule an appointment here following a referral from Kaiser. I’ve been calling 2–3 times a day for more than a month, and almost every call goes unanswered. The one time I did reach someone, the nurse couldn’t find me in their system and asked that Kaiser fax my records over. Kaiser did so three weeks ago, but nothing has moved forward since. I was given referral, provided my appointment date, and disappointed to find I had nothing secure. No follow up, no confirmation from the office. No answer when I call the office.
Dr Bryan Pham it has the rudest way to answer to his patients at least to my dad, the 2 times we have appointment with him he treats him very bad this last time he told my dad straight up without compassion “you’re never going to get better, not even recover “ I wish I could record him
Won’t answer calls because they have some random patience’s number connected to theirs. Poor lady. Fix that
