Ramp It Up did a phenomenal job on my move in 2020. They did a local move for me in Muncie when I was between places. So they picked up from my old apartment, moved everything to storage, and moved everything to the new place when I was ready to move everything to it. Ramp It Up provided the least painful move I’ve ever done, which is saying something because I moved during the summer of 2020
Smoothest operation ever! It was easy getting in contact, finding a time and payment. Would highly highly recommend to anyone!
Delivery and transport of the hot tub itself went fine, delivery guys were fast and did a good job, but I would not recommend doing business with this company and we certainly will not be working with them again in the future. Josh quoted $800 for transporting the hot tub, with a pre-negotiated $100 discount if we paid in cash. After completing delivery, the delivery personnel said the price was $900. The sales lady, Latasha, was great and the delivery process went smoothly. The setup for viewing inventory isn't your typical hot tub showroom experience, but overall it worked out great. An issue arose within our warranty time and Josh was quick to answer questions I had and provided further help. Overall, the hot tub itself has been enjoyable. I wish I didn't wait so long to get one. Ramp It Up is a hidden gem that will save you a lot of $$$. They've been great people to deal with.
